Welcome to Crugybar Welsh Cobs -  Where a small number of true to type welsh ponies and cobs are bred by John Williams and his son Carwyn just outside Lampeter. Best known for breeding Section Ds, the stud also has bred a number of As and Cs over the years most famously a section A who went on to much acclaim under their other prefix, namely CWMBACHSTEL DION, who qualified for HOYS a record 12 times with a variety of first ridden, open ridden and WHP tickets.   Never tempted to increase the number of broodmares at the stud, the small numbers of foals each year means that all the stock receives the upmost of care, turnout and handling, resulting in confident and well adjusted welsh ponies and cobs that are fit for a job and always in demand.
